Script to fix missing an duplicated remote id's on ezcontentobject_tree w/ patch

    Description

      Script to fix remote id's on node table needed to be able to avoid using a function attribute on remote_id in eZContetObject and eZContentObjectTreeNode.

      But:

      • Are we sure no functions that create/ copy these objects forget to set remote id?
      • Are functions on eZNodeAssignment affected? (ref: #012261)

      Notes:

      • patch also adds check for objects that are missing remote_id in fixobjectremoteid.php, these are fixed automatically
      • Same goes for fixnoderemoteid.php
