Tag name looks like a untranslated string in

1. pop up 'window' title of most tag dialogs
2. h2 title inside the pop up window just above the tag attributes
   The desired solution would be to use new strings with this pattern:

• "Edit <tag_name> tag"
• "New <tag_name> tag"
  Depending on if it's a new tag or if it exists, but since this is not known in the template code "Edit <tag_name> tag" will be outputted by default and the javascript code will change it to "New <tag_name> tag" if no tag is crated yet.
