When exporting and installing custom content classes the saves settings for Default object availability and Default sorting of children isn't correctly installed.

Steps to reproduce

• create a new package with a content class with default object availability checked and sorting of children set to a specific sorting method.
• install this package on a manually installed eZ Publish version
