      Notice: Undefined index: 135 in /home/dapob/public_html/ez4/kernel/classes/datatypes/ezxmltext/handlers/output/ezxhtmlxmloutput.php on line 223

      if a link points to a removed node (eznode:// in XML).

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create an object with an eZ XML Attribute
      2. Put a link to an ezcontentobjecttreenode (eznode://) in it
      3. Remove this ezcontentobjecttreenode
      4. Clear the content cache of the first object
