Currently, several parts of the code offer file downloads (HTTP headers etc), and those parts are not consistent with each other either.

• index_image_mysql.php
• eZFile::download()
• eZFilePassthroughHandler::handleFileDownload()
• content/pdf module view (kernel/content/pdf.php)
• others?

We should re-use one method to offer file downloads in several parts of the code.
