Formatting bulletlists deletes the bulletlist when publishing. Tested on two different sites newly installed and 100% confirm.

Steps to reproduce

1. Edit object
2. Type a word + linebreak and repeat for 3-4 times
3. Highlite all the lines and click the bulletlist button
4. Change textformat from "Format" to Header 2 or 3 (which are the onces where the bug is confirmed).
5. Click publish
6. The bulletlist is gone!
