Speed up clean data insertion by wrapping it in a database transaction

    Description

      On my Windows box, using bin/php/ezsqlinsertschema.php to insert only the clean data in an InnoDB schema, this brings down queries (mysqli) from 32.3457 to 0.3686 seconds.
