Since we now require utf8 in eZ Publish 4, it should be considered to include a script for converting .php, .ini and .php files to utf8.

Attached is an example of such a script

This script should then be run on at least all templates and ini files in eZ publish

Also, some settings in template.ini should be changed:

[CharsetSettings]
# The charset to use if no charset is specified in the template
-DefaultTemplateCharset=iso-8859-1
+DefaultTemplateCharset=utf8
