Instead of eZHTTPTool::getDataByURL(), file_get_contents is used. This has 2 effects:

• curl will not be used for SSL or proxy (of course it's doubtable that any of these should be used in conjunction with static cache creation)
• the custom user agent string is not set, so creating static cache from the same host as it is served from won't work
