The function addDocs() doesn't return any error in case of error during indexing.
Based on the result solr returns it is quite obvious that the format is experimental(subject to change), but I still think it should be parsed and validated.

When addDocs() is then called from eZSolr::addObject(), the result should then be checked and an error should at least be logged.

Maybe also eZSolr::addObject() should return true/false based on the result ?
