Webdav always moves delete documents to trash

    Description

      If i remove an document using webdav the document is always moved to the trash. It recommend to introduce a setting for that so it can be configured if the trash should be used or not.

      kernel/classes/webdav/ezwebdavcontentserver.php: $node->removeNodeFromTree( true );
