      Some scripts that don't have class:
      access.php
      pre_check.php
      lib/ezutils/classes/ezsession.php
      kernel/common/ezincludefunctions.php
      kernel/common/i18n.php
      kernel/common/template.php

      Has class, but also has code outside class:
      lib/ezutils/classes/ezexecution.php
      lib/ezutils/classes/ezdebug.php
