eZContentObjectTreenode - pathWithNames() should fallback to perma-links when lookup of path fails

    Description

      In essence this will be a revert of rev. 20719 with some additional changes.

      The changes in rev. 20719 will indeed generate a new correct url path for a node, but however, since the original lookup of this path failed in the first place, it would be unusable at a later step, for instance to use it navigate to the actual node.

      Instead we should fallback to perma-links aka. system urls of the form

      /content/view/full/<node_id>

      These urls will always work, independently of the url alias system.
