Messages like "Using scripts in links is not allowed, link '%1' has been removed" where %1 normally should contain the link's href. There are others as well.

Is caused by changes done in svn rev. 19997. Some calls to the handleError method apparently were not modified while they should have been. Replace last 2 arguments with one by encapsulating them with ezi18n.

3.9 is apparently not affected, the untranslatable messages were not fixed there.
