This bug is caused by the fix for http://issues.ez.no/10819. In index.php, the variable $params which contains the url parts (set inside fetchModule() function) is passed by reference to eZUser::hasAccessToView(). Inside this method, the keys "Limitation" and "accessList" are set in $params. "accessList" is unset again in index.php, but not "Limitation". However, $params shouldn't have been passed to eZUser::hasAccessToView() in the first place, because the URL parts have nothing to do with what happens inside this method at all.
