Description
If user copies + pastes an url from a browser, it will end up with "&" as arg separator in the query string.
When this is outputted in xml attributes, such as the link tag in odf files, it must be escaped to &
This is not the case, and odf will refuse to open such files generated by eZ (it is not valid xml after all)
