Plain eZ (any version I know) support only triggers for content publishing and not for content removal.
Adding a content/remove trigger (before and after) is not only a matter of writing an extension, because this lack of support, and a (little) hack to the eZ kernel is required.

I think that a good product as eZ publish must have NATIVELY those triggers.
