strtolower() in eZSearchLog::addPhrase gives error for special char for e.g. ÅØÆ

    Description

      eZ Publish 4.0.0 search gives error if search phrease contains any special charecters and it is because

      "addPhrase( $phrase, $returnCount )" function in "kernel/classes/ezsearchlog.php" contains strtolower() function
      which can not convert special charectors and due to that search fails.

      Steps to reproduce

      Type any phrease in search box which contains special charecters like åøæ and click on search button.
