I made site, which requires english content, but lithuanian interface:
[RegionalSettings]
Locale=lit-LT
ContentObjectLocale=eng-US

If i click on "create here" button i get error message in log file
The language code [lit-LT] specified in ContentLanguageCode does not exist in the system.

I do not want to add lithuanian content, i just need lithuanian interface for editing english content.
