Currently, the webin package from http://packages.ez.no/ezpublish/4.0/4.0.0/ does not install properly on trunk (should be currently the same as pre 4.0.1). Extract from debug output:

Tested also with webin trunk from svn: same results.

Bug only seems to occur on PostgreSQL. Tested with MySQL as well and seemed to work fine there.
