When using Windows Explorer (on XP), Novell NetDrive (on XP), or Transmit (on Mac OS X), when you try to copy or move an image from anywhere in the Content branch of the node tree to anywhere in the Media branch of the node tree, the image is moved to the root of the Content branch. Windows Explorer and Novell NetDrive do this silently (you think it is being moved or copied to the right place but it is actually dumped to the root of the Content branch) while Transmit gives the error that the folder in the Media branch (any folder that you pick) cannot be found.

Try to move or copy an image via WebDAV from somewhere in the Content branch of the node tree to somewhere in the Media branch of the node tree.
