The Template look class has missing information in the 'Language settings' matrix attribute. I checked the class on a 3.10 site and compared it to the one I have on my 4.0.0alpha2 site and they where not the same. I changed the class and it started working.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the 4.0.0alpha2 with eng-US and nor-NO
2. Log on with admin on the site
3. Choose 'Site settings' from the top
4. Change something, like the logo.
5. Save
6. Now the language siteaccess links are missing
