Ezenum options aren't saved.
You can add options but when you save the class they simply disappear.
Nothing is written in both ezenumobjectvalue and ezenumvalue tables.

Steps to reproduce

Create a content class with an ezenum attribute.
Add options to the attribute.
Save and watch the options disappear.
