eZp 3.9.4 not using the view cache by default

    Description

      In eZp 3.9.4's settings/site.ini, the value of [ContentSettings]/ViewCaching is "disabled". (Accidental commit?)

      As far I checked, only 3.9.4 is affected, 3.10.0, 4.0.0 alpha1. 3.9.3 are all ok.
