Additional site accesses are missing SiteLanguageList[]=main_language, and therefor some content doesn't show up on those site accesses. On the main page for example the banner with the boat doesn't display, and also the "Photos" part doesn't show up.

Steps to reproduce

Choose eng-GB as main language in setup wizard, and nor-NO as additional language.
Afterwards access the nor site access.
