Description
In eZ we have similar functions that archive the same like eZModuleManager::availableModules(). this function doesn`t use the ModuleList array.
Therefore I would recommend dropping this settings, since it just makes the extension setup more complicated.
if you find grep for ModuleList you will see that this is just used in one place.
