After following the installation instructions for upgrading from eZ Studio 16.02 to 16.04, the content tree menu in the left column is no longer available. When clicking the "Content tree" navigation item, a quick slide animation appears, making it seem like the content tree pop-out actually is shown, but perhaps with an incorrect z-index displaying it "below" the main center column.
