The screen capture attached shows the in page menu when reaching the 1st breakpoint. I think it is really sub optimum.

• visually, the fact that the toolbar suddenly has a bigger height is really surprising.
• it seems there is still a lot of room for things before folding them.

I'd be curious if we can rework this to try to keep the same height and also change a bit how it respond to different break point.
