Block border is misplaced in inline page editing mode on Internet Explorer.

Steps:
1. Go to Studio demo page "Places & Tastes" in Studio UI.
2. Switch to Edit mode.
3. Examine the blocks in the right column: Banner, RSS, Content List & Banner.
Actual: Block previews are displayed in the right column but the block's borders are displayed at the bottom of the page beneath the left column.
Expected: Previews and borders are displayed together.
