As a user I would like to see a top bar with options when in the Static Page Creator

    Description

      In the eZ Studio Static Page editor should be implemented a tool bar (see attsched screenshot) which has:

      • a set of buttons to change the preview dimensions (mobile, tablet, desktop),
      • a button to minimize the bar,
      • a publish button,
      • a submit for review button,
      • view and edit buttons,
      • an information about a currently visited page and an information about last edit.
