Browser console error triggered when adding new public access.

Steps:

1. Enable Site Factory.
2. Log in to admin panel.
3. Go to Site / sites list.
4. Start creating new site.
5. Create new Public access.
6. Check browser console.

Actual result: Each time an access is created console error occurs:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'addEventListener' of null

Expected result: No console errors when creating new public access.
