Cannot open review notification for published item

      Description

      Cannot open review notification for published item.

      Steps:

      1. Log in as admin to backoffice.
      2. Publish a folder.
      3. Edit it.
      4. Send for review to admin.
      5. Click View Notifications from user menu.
      6. Click on the notification for that folder.

      Actual result: Notification is marked as read and draft is NOT opened.
      Expected result: Notification is marked as read and draft is opened.

      Remarks: Does not affect v3 and Quick Review. Does not occur when draft only item is sent for review (w/o publishing). Affects other content types.
