Cannot open review notification for published item.
- Log in as admin to backoffice.
- Publish a folder.
- Edit it.
- Send for review to admin.
- Click View Notifications from user menu.
- Click on the notification for that folder.
Actual result: Notification is marked as read and draft is NOT opened.
Expected result: Notification is marked as read and draft is opened.
Remarks: Does not affect v3 and Quick Review. Does not occur when draft only item is sent for review (w/o publishing). Affects other content types.
