The site skeleton will be created in the content repository and will be available on the administration interface.
We need a way to associate a design to a part of the content tree.
One possible way to do that is to add a parameter to the yml configuration

where 358 is the location ID of the skeleton root.
Maybe we should also make it compatible with remote location ID
