There is no confirmation for deleting site from edit level.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a test site in 'Site factory'
2. Set site status to 'offline'
3. Go to admin/site/list menu
4. Click on on link in 'Name' column
5. Click on a 'Delete' button in right side menu

Expected:
Deletion confirmation menu is displayed.

Actual:
Site is automatically deleted with no confirmation.
