Item embedded in Banner block visible after sending to trash.

Steps:

1. Create LP.
2. Add Banner block.
3. Embed an image using COTF, place it in Media / Images.
4. Publish.
5. Send the image to Trash.
6. Load the LP in admin and on frontend.

Actual result: The image is still displayed.

Remarks: Image is not displayed when item is removed from Trash.

Appendix:

1. Go to Trash.
2. Remove permanently the item created in step 3 above.
3. Load the LP created above in admin.
4. Go to Edit mode.
5. Try to open block settings.

Actual result: Settings form disappears, in console error occurs "TypeError: Cannot read property 'addEventListener' of null" (attached).
