Steps to reproduce:

• Create a form with file field
• Publish the form
• Visit the form (frontend)
• Select a file to upload
• Submit the form
• Access the form submissions in admin interface
• Delete the latest form submission
• Click on Browse button
• Navigate to the form

Result

File that has been submitted is accessible

Expected result

It's important for data privacy to permanently delete the file. Do not send it to the trash.
