Steps to recreate:
1. Add 4+ content items scheduled at the same time Schedule it in the Content Scheduler
2. Publish the landing page
3. Click on the timeline icon and then the calendar
4. When I hover over the event then the details window opens up but extends beyond the screen visibility
5. Scroll down to view the entire list

Error: At one point the screen jumps back to the top of the screen

6. When I hover over the event again

Error: The screen starts flickering
