Adding new items to a Content Scheduler when it's full can sometimes result in scenarios where the new item is not displayed.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login as admin
2. Go to Page
3. Create new Landing Page
4. Add Content Scheduler block
5. Set Limit to 2
6. Add two items: Media/

with default date
7. Add Media/Multimedia with date two days into the future
8. Submit block
9. Publish Landing page
10. Go to View mode of created LP.
11. Open timeline, go to the point when new item is added.

Expected:
"Multimedia" Content Item pushes out one of the present items and is displayed as the first item in Content Scheduler.

Actual:
"Multimedia" Content Item is not displayed.
