Changing Content Scheduler's limit does not take into account the order specified manually by user.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login as Admin
2. Go to Page
3. Cretae a new Landing Page
4. Add Content Scheduler block
5. Add two items: Media/

with default date
6. Drag and drop Multimedia above Images
7. Change Limit to 1

Expected:
Multimedia is visible.

Actual:
Images is visible.
