Steps to reproduce

1. Install eZ Platform v2.1/v2.2
2. Install latest LegacyBridge
3. Install latest eZ Recommendation Bundle, follow steps from: https://doc.ezplatform.com/en/latest/guide/personalization
4. Disable LegacyBridge and eZ Recommendation Bundle in AppKernel
5. Clear the cache
6. Enable LegacyBridge and eZ Recommendation Bundle in AppKernel
7. Try to clear the cache

Result:
Cache clearing command will end-up with an error like:

Cannot instantiate interface ezpSearchEngine

Expected result:
The cache should be cleared normally.
