The notification about missing Title and Description fields do not appear when translating a Landing Page.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add additional siteacces with new language (first three steps from https://jira.ez.no/browse/EZEE-2096 can be used for that)
2. Create new Landing Page. Fill in name, description and publish.
3. Start translating it to the second language
4. Do not select "Base this translation on an existing translation"
5. Publish the LP without filling any fields.

Expected:
Message Switch to the Field view and fill in the required fields and the red icon on the field view switcher appears.

Actual:
Nothing happens.
