404 Not Found error is displayed regardless of the Default content availability setting.

Prereq.: Edit one siteaccess to be without a fallback language.

Steps:

1. Create new CT with LP field type and set Default content availability to Available.
2. Create new CI with this CT.
3. Display this CI in the siteaccess without fallback language.

Actual: "You do not have a fallback language" is displayed together with 404 error (as if Default content availability was set to Not available).
Expected: "You do not have a fallback language" is displayed without error.
