Steps:

1. Go to Page
2. Click and choose landing page
3. Drag and drop two code blocks
4. Configure just the second block
5. Fill required fields
6. Click Publish

Actual result:

Page is reloaded and Layout switcher is shown again. Blocks are gone, just Title and Description are filled.

Expected result:

Page should be published.
