Collection block view template change doesn't render incompatible items invalid

Steps

1. Add Collection block to LP.
2. Add a few e.g. articles (with Content List View template).
3. Submit.
4. Open settings again.
5. On Design tab change View template to Gallery View.
6. Switch to Basic tab.

Actual: The previously added items are not invalidated (marked red with a warning message as in v1).
