There is no notification after Content is scheduled for future publishing, sent for review or is simply published.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Content -> Content Structure
2. Create new Article
3. Enter Title and Summary
4. Click "Publish later"
5. Select a date
6. Confirm

Expected:
Success notification "Content scheduled for publishing."

Actual:
No notification is visible.
