Description:
It is impossible to change the title of Collection Block. When you click Submit Collection Block edit pop-up will tremble but without any error. You can save new title only if you do any changes in block content.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create landing page
2. Add Collection Block, set title for e.g. "Test"
3. Add content to the block
4. Publish Landing Page
5. Edit previously created Landing Page
6. Edit Collection Block
7. Try to change the title.

This bug happens only at the first try. When you close pop-up after unsuccessful edition and then re-open it, you can change the title and save changes without any problem.
