Cannot rearrange Collection block items after publishing.

Steps:
1. Add Collection block.
2. Add e.g. 3 items.
3. Publish the LP.
4. Return to edit mode.
5. Try to rearrange the Collection block items.
Actual: It's possible to move them around but dropping doesn't work.
Expected: It's possible to drop items in new place.
