It's possible to add the same item to Collection block many times.

Steps:
1. Add Collection block.
2. Add an article.
3. Submit.
4. Add the same article again.
5. Submit.
6. Loop steps 4 & 5 as long as you please.
Issue: Given item should be added only once.
