Given that I am setting up the ‘Collections’ block 
AND I have a list of content items added to the block 
When I hover over the grid icon on the left of the content item label (‘PQR - Blog post') 
Then the cursor changes to a move cursor 
AND the background of the content item is a shade darker indicating that the content item can be moved 

When I drag the content item and drop the content item in-between  
    Content Item ‘ABC - Blog post’ currently at the top of the list and 
    Content item ‘XYZ - Blog post’ currently second on the list 
Then the new order of the selected content item list will be  
    ABC - Blog post 
    PQR - Blog post 
    XYZ - Blog post
