Given that I am viewing the forms on the ‘Form manager’ page
And the form listed in the table is an active form (exists on a landing page)
And has no submissions
When I click on the Radio button associated with the form
Then the 'Delete' button at the top right corner of the table is enabled

When I click the 'Delete' button
Then the Modal window pops up with a message 

          'You cannot delete a form which is in use
           
          Please remove the form by editing the landing page before deleting in the Form manager'

And I see two buttons labeled 'Cancel' and 'Go to landing page'

When I click 'Cancel' button 
Then the modal window closes

When I click 'Go to landing page' button
Then the system loads the landing page related to the form in the view mode
